Director of Operations

Lindsay Clark is the Director of Operations at Captains of Innovation. Lindsay oversees strategic planning, finance, sales and marketing, legal compliance, and service delivery for CIC’s professional services arm, and has experience in operations management, strategy, and business development.

Lindsay joined Captains in 2019 and has been part of CIC since 2014. She played a key role in CIC’s Expansion and Compliance teams before joining Captains. With a track record of success, she has made significant contributions to the organization, such as developing a proprietary tool for scenario planning, supporting CIC’s Series A fundraise, and securing multiple contracts worth over $76M as the Interim RFP Lead for CIC Health.

Prior to CIC, Lindsay’s work focused on local economic development and town center rejuvenation for a city council in the UK and human rights advocacy at Amnesty International UK. Lindsay holds a MSc in Human Rights and International Politics from the University of Glasgow and a BA in History from Williams College.
