Drew Williams

Consulting Project Lead

Drew Williams is an experienced project manager who currently serves as the Consulting Projects Lead for Captains. In his role he works closely with local stakeholders within innovation districts, including: academic, corporate, and government leaders.

Previously, he led the operations of Vermont’s COVID-19 testing for CIC Health, managing a contract limit of $100 million and helping the state earn national acclaim for its pandemic response. Before that, he operated CIC’s Newton Innovation Center, in partnership with the City of Newton, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for a local community non-profit that supports neighborhood improvement and communication with local government and corporate developers.

Drew holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston College, Carroll School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Entrepreneurship from Elon University.
