Veronica Wilken is a consultant overseeing initiatives with a concentration on developing and vitalizing innovation ecosystems.

Veronica embarked on her journey in innovation as a Senior Client Success Manager at CIC Health, the Cambridge Innovation Center’s (CIC) health-focused startup, which spearheaded public health needs during the pandemic.

Transitioning to a new dimension of the innovation space, Veronica joined the core CIC team focusing on Asset Management. Here, she took charge of projects that revitalized CIC's innovation campuses across the United States. Additionally, she navigated client projects related to specialty space design and construction. Notably, Veronica managed the construction, branding, and launch event of the XtalPi Innovation Lab at CIC’s Kendall Square office, showcasing AI-integrated robotics equipment for biopharmaceutical research.

Veronica attributes her most potent professional strength to her bias toward action and a keen ability to discern where the proverbial red tape is indeed orange. She earned her higher education at Kingston University of London.
